After Data Collection
When the ACO notifies Clinigence that it has finished data collection, Clinigence "locks" the registry, essentially allowing access in read-only mode.
As a best practice Clinigence recommends targeting completion for 2 weeks prior to the CMS GPRO Web Interface shutdown (shut-down for 2017 reporting is March 16, 2018). This allows the ACO to identify and react to any unexpected submission results such as low scores and make any corrections.
