Denominator	Patients ages 5-64 who were seen during in 12 months who were identified as having persistent asthma in 24 months.
Numerator	Received an influenza immunization OR who reported previous receipt of an influenza immunization between August 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019. (MSSP 2019)
Exclusion/Exception	Documentation of medical reason(s) for not receiving influenza immunization (eg, patient allergy, other medical reasons) Documentation of patient reason(s) for not receiving influenza immunization (eg, patient declined, other patient reasons) Documentation of system reason(s) for not receiving influenza immunization (eg, vaccine not available, other system reasons)
