Denominator	Patients ages 5-64 who were seen in 12 months who were documented tobacco users and identified as having persistent asthma in 24 months.
Numerator	Received cessation counseling or cessation medication within 24 months. (MSSP 2019)
Exclusion/Exception	Documentation of medical reason(s) for not screening for tobacco use OR for not providing tobacco cessation intervention for patients identified as tobacco users (eg, limited life expectancy, other medical reason)
