Denominator	Patients 18 years of age and older who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) or percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) in 24 to 12 months prior, OR who had an active diagnosis of ischemic vascular disease (IVD) in 12 months. Numerator	Active medication of aspirin or another antiplatelet. Medication prescribed within 12 months or an older medication order with an active status and no End Date. (MSSP 2018)
Exclusion/Exception	• Patients who had documentation of use of anticoagulant medications in 12 months. • Patients with hospice care in 12 months.
