Denominator	Patients aged 18 and older with a diagnosis of multiple myeloma, not in remission.
Numerator	Prescribed or received intravenous bisphosphonate therapy within the 12 month measure year.
Exception	Medical or Patient reason for not prescribing bisphosphonate.
