Denominator	Medication orders in 12 months (must have a PrescribeType property)
Numerator	Medication orders in 12 months with PrescribeType = Electronic
Exclusions	Medication orders that meet the following criteria are not counted in the denominator: Controlled substances Medical devices In-office injections

Note: This measure is episode-based and will count multiple episodes on the same date if qualified.
