- HCC Category – This field will display all HCC categories in the baseline and current year for the member.
- Baseline Year – Y indicates that HCC was documented in the baseline year. N indicates that the HCC was not documented in the baseline year.
- Current Year – Y indicates that HCC was documented in the Yes year. N indicates that the HCC was not documented in the current year.
