The new release of Clinigence now distinguishes zero measures (when the denominator is zero) from N/A measures. In previous versions, N/A was used to designate both zero measures and when a guideline did not have both a process and outcome measure.
In the screen capture below, one of the measures has zero for the denominator and those numbers are displayed. There are several guidelines that do not have either a process measure or an outcome measure and those are still identified with "N/A."
