Your ticket is stored in a HIPAA-compliant data center and Business Associate Agreements are in place for all parties involved. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Any data directly entered into a ticket is stored securely. However EMAIL is not secure and should not be used for transmission of PHI unless you include the PHI in a password encrypted attachment and provide your Clinigence support contact with the decryption key via a secure method.
