This report shows you for a specific quarter by TIN and by Claim Type the costs per patient, number of claims, and number of patients included in that claims count for the 4th quarter of 2016. You can see at a glance the TINs where the cost is the highest. Numbers are highlighted in Red represent the top 10% of the cost in the ACO, numbers highlighted in yellow represent the top 20% of the costs for the ACO. Select the number in the any count column to drill down to a list of those patients.
