Patients who are no longer being seen at your practice should be excluded from your eligible population. Likewise, any patients that are used for training and testing purposes.

Each EHR has different methods of designating a patient's status. Often, there is a flag or field called, "Patient Status" on the patient profile or demographics screen.

If you have set the patient status to "Inactive" or an equivalent option and that patient is still appearing in your patient lists, please create a ticket in the Helpdesk with the relevant patient information so we can assist you in cleaning up the patient lists.
