Enhancements

Patient Lists at Practice and Organization Levels

Previous versions displayed the patient lists only for the provider level, on the Measure Detail screen. Clinigence version 2.3 allows you to display the pertinent patient lists at both the Organization and the Practice levels. Trend Graph at Practice and Organization Levels

Previous versions displayed the trend graphs only for the provider level, on the Measure Detail screen. The Performance tab allows you to display the pertinent trend graphs at both the Organization and the Practice levels. For details on how to access the trend graph for the organization or practice see Viewing Your Practice's Progress on a Specific Measure Over Time

Export patient lists to .CSV file compatible with Microsoft®  Excel

Patient lists at all levels (Organization, Practice, and Provider) can be exported to a .CSV file. This file format is compatible with many spreadsheet programs, including Excel. Simply display the list you want to export and select the Export button. For details on how to export a patient list see Exporting a Patient List 

 

The exported file will look much like this when opened in a spreadsheet.


Filter Patient Lists by Any Column

Previous versions allowed you to sort patient lists ascending or descending for any column. Clinigence version 2.3 adds the ability to enter a search criteria for any evidence column to filter the patient list. For details on how to filter patient list see How Can I Filter the Patient List? 

 

Example 1: If you are viewing a Practice-level patient list, you can select a particular provider from the drop-down for the Provider column and filter the list to show only those patients assigned to that provider.
