1. Change the username to an invalid email address.  
    At this point unless the user is given the new username and credentials the user cannot access the system.
  2. If the user needs to be completely removed from the system, send an email to support@clinigence.com asking that the account be removed.  
    Once removed you will not be able to reactivate an account with this username without help from Clinigence.


To Reactivate a User


  1. Use  the instructions to change the users password and change the username to an valid email address.  Let the user know the new username and they can log in and reset their password.
