If a user has forgotten the password direct them to reset their password by using the link on the login page.
You also have the option to reset a users password if they have forgotten it or if they are no longer with the organization or practice.
- Login to the application.
- Select the Configuration tab near the top of your screen.
- Locate and click on the hot link for the user you would like to update.
- Select the Reset Password button.
The account holder will receive an email with a link that will allow them to change their password. The link will expire in 30 minutes. If the user has not reset their password before the link expires, you can repeat the steps above or direct them to use the Reset Password link on the login screen.
