Data Provenance allows you to better understand the evidence cited for measures in the Performance Dashboard.
All the non-demographic data columns in the patient list will now provide additional information about the data cited including the source of the data. We believe this new feature will give you more insight into what is driving your measure results, as well as aid you in cases where your patients are receiving care from more than one of your organization's practices.
